COS offer a wide variety of Internet-based educational services to Tulare County area citizens, civic groups, and non-profit organizations. Unless otherwise noted, the COS Digital Village does not provide services to commercial businesses; although services for businesses are available through Partnership with America's - Business showcase Systems. Website Development and Support	The COS Web Support Services offers secure, standards compliant web design, development, and maintenance services consistent with COS Web guidelines for new or existing sites.
Email	Mail Accounts are for COS students, for personal or non-commercial use.
