What we do:

With this project, College of the Sequoias is a leader of the 5 county area of the San Joaquin Valley, and the Central California region. The partnerships created by the COS Digital Village can move the central region into a leadership role in the state.

COS Digital Village:

HireCOS offers courses on using HireCOS as a professional networking space. In the COS Digital Village, education, students, business, and the community; demonstrate a commitment to learning about people-different from themselves. Focused on the power of human interaction through learning; positive values, and issues of equality and social justice.

Digital Village Methodology:

This project is a new kind of reality, where precepts of professionalism and professional ethics will hold sway. Discussion of personal and private information or problems, politics or religion, slander or embarrassment, will not be tolerated.

Mission Objectives:

Train a community of students, professionals and businesses; in methods of professional networking.

Enable students, schools, professionals and businesses to realize their full potential through professional networking and accessible, useful career information.
